No option to verify bank account

When making sellers account I add bank account. After that I don't have any message that they want to confirm ba. Is this normal? Also exactly 30 min after listing the first item I get reactivate message.
Any info on the topic is very much appreciated!

bank will need to be verified at some point , I have an account where bank was not verified last year during initial MP registration and they asked to verify now although I have made 1000+ transactions in the meantime and the total payouts were higher than any thresholds where ebay usually ask for additional action
