We are unable to verify your identity
 

So, I just switched a very old stealth account to MP with my personal details. Before switching to MP i changed the account registered info into my own details and also to shipping and return addresses.

I wrote my name in english, however I wrote my address in Bulgarian as it is written on my ID card.

A few hours after I switched to MP I received an email stating e*ay was unable to verify my identity and they need me to upload my ID card.

Shall I send the ID or the account is toast?

Any suggestions why this happened?

They don't have a database, this is why they can't verify you. The only way to verify you is trough uploading docs.

So this is a USA ebay account but you used a Bulgarian info?

It was always an account made on .com with Bulgarian details, now I just switched the stealth details from before with my own real details. I actually uploaded my ID card and my identity was verified.
