Return address for items when upgrading to biz

Hi,

when i upgrade the account to a business account, where do the returns go?
Does it go to the stakeholder's address or the business address?

Also, if i am registering under a sole prop, does my business address have to be the address i currently have residence in? Or can I make the address my business warehouse which is not registered in any public database?
