3 months since suspension, funds on MP still on hold
 

Hi everyone

So my account was permanently suspended 13th of July. It’s 60 plus days since suspension and I chatted with an agent and told me to wait 72 business hours since he already escalated my issue. Today was 72 business hours and received nothing. I went to chat support again and the agent told me that he escalated my issue again so I can receive my payout soonest. I am just wondering if what they’re saying is true or just bs for me to shut up and don’t bombard there live chat. 😂 on a serious note, are they really doing what they’re saying? Escalatinng stuffs?

I assume the account was not fully verified? in such a case they will not pay out anything

I am both verified, ebay and MP. I was able to receive one pay out then got suspended the next month..

If the account got a payout before suspension then you should receive it after 30-72 days, I haven’t seen longer unless something is wrong with the account

Yes they will be escalating any case most cases it is 72hours sometimes it can be longer.

I take it you might have some funds in your account?

The only way your be able to get funds out of your account if the account is in your details if it’s a suspended stealth account then you won’t get access to any funds on the account.

You can normally get funds with in 30/60 days if account details are in your name and tracking shows the item has been delivered to your customers with no issues from your customers.

I received a payout a month before suspension. Different reps tell me different things. One specific agent told me there was issues with my account and was told to wait 170 days for payout released, responded to them via email asking for the reason as to why, another rep told me to wait until the 72nd day and email them back.

Something about ebay risk. I sold a few right when I had limit increased for selling

It’s not s stealth account. All details are mine and everything has been delivered with tracking, even feedbacks from buyers. Today is 65th day ish, I’ll wait until the 72nd. Talking to reps is kinda annoying

Don’t panic you will receive the 400 in your account as you have submitted the verified ID which eBay were able to verify.

So I went to speak again with ebay live chat, after the 72 business day eascalation stuff, new info again has been given. They said due to the nature of suspension, I have to wait 170 days for payout release.

If I were in your shoes, I'd forget about it and just make new accounts.

$400 will not kill you , right? I'd rather focus my energy to doubling what I lost, even tripling.

You can't trust ebay with anything they said and they'll always do everything they can to screw you over.

Now IF they end up releasing the funds a few months later, then it's a nice surprise for you, right?

Another update. I talked to an agent and he said he request a manual release for payout. But after yhe 7 business day that I still have not received any, I cannot connect to an agent on chat anymore. Calling is not an option since I don’t reside in the US. Is it possible that they have banned me from live chat?

Maybe. I don’t see the option to chat with an agent. Either have us call you or email us. Both of which are of no use since their email response come off as a generic template response.

I guess ebay never gives the funds which are rightfully mones
