Single member LLC being changed to multi member
 

I had initially had an eBay account with my friends ssn and information but then converted it into a business account with a single member llc . Under the single member llc the stakeholders were just my friend . The actual business is under my name . After consulting a cpa he advised I switch the llc to a multi member one where I own 99% of the company and my friend 1 . This way he is not liable for taxes but I am . Do you think this will work ? Will eBay realize this , what do you guys think
