ebay now not allowing to link to new payoneer account to exiting ebay

You can create new Payoneer account with different name and link it to old ebay. It will be synced. Old link will be deleted automatically.

Can you link Payoneer with a different name than eBay? It seems to work for some and not for others.

Bro you know know that becuase I just told you.... but yes

Depending on how its being added it can be fine. Via bank account yes - via Payonner itself - never tried but I expect may cause problems

i have a wise Philippines, can add to Ebay Spain? I can use VPN and can buy phone ph..has anyone got it?

I have found Wise business works. Wise personal doesn't (at least at the time I last tested it out)
