Creating a new account with my buddy after being suspended.
Hi there,
I was previously banned for no reason, and want to get back to selling on ebay-
my buddy and I are going to create a new account using his information. Yes, I am aware of using new IP, address, all that yada yada.
What I don't get is MANAGED PAYMENTS.
Can we submit HIS SSN to eBay and then submit a newly created EIN using MY SSN, so that he doesn't have to deal with the taxes? If I use MY SSN and ebay-banned address when applying for new EIN via IRS, will ebay be able to check that somehow?
If you submit both an EIN and SSN to ebay, is the SSN used by ebay just for verification, or also for tax purposes?
Same goes for a new bank account....can I create a joint bank account with my friend using both our names, and then only submit his name when putting in bank info for managed payments??
I'm not doing anything wrong here, we just need to get back to selling because my buddy and I are losing money. |
