what's the minimum balance for Ebay to accept a payment method for the fees??

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to add a second method of payment for the fees as my verified bank account is not accepet (obviously we don't know why as there is never an explanation).

so I added a Revolut as bank account. All process goes well till it says it doesn't allow fee payments...I'm wondering how this is tested. Does Ebay try to hold a certain amount on the bank account as test?? In that case, what is this amount? My Revolut is almost empty.

eBay will do a $0 charge to the card which it may not accept.

Re: what's the minimum balance for Ebay to accept a payment method for the fees??

I think my problems were caused by using the ebay app to add payment methods. I've switched to browser and I've been able to activate my already verified bank account to accept also fees.

In the other hand, still using the browser I've been able to add a revolut but not to pay the fees.

I could try to add it as bank account using the iban to see if it works but that will delete my already active bank account...so an experiment I'm not gonna try. Maybe when/if I'm gonna open a new ebay account.
