EU MP which does not require ID

Hi.
First post here.
My question is are there any EU countries which do not require ID when listing.
I can get IBANS for most European countries and a lot of them but notice a lot of the eBay domains request ID when signing up.

I think you'll find that it's very similar to the UK, indeed some countries are beefing up their KYC requirements with residency being the main stumbling block.

So it’s just hit and miss. I just thought it was strange that Germany eBay asked for ID when opening account.
I will try and few more EU countries.
