payoneer bank acc and credit card different name

I have read payoneer will accept a different name for bank account but want confirmation (I'm not sure what that means)but I have also read they cant see the bank account name. Are these both correct. I would rather use a mismatch

Also if I use the visa card will it go through with the wrong name or will I have to buy a VCC

name on the credit card is not disclosed.
bank account confirmation could be depositing small amount to your bank account and you will verify these amount to show you have access to it.

What you are reporting is true, I thought that Managed Payments are rejecting Payoneer bank details, anybody else care to comment and confirm or not.

Is Payoneer a bank,or does it just open a bank account with a bank and you are just subaccount only known to Payoneer?
This is how it works with Paypal,it has accounts with different banks,we are just subaccounts of Paypal,these banks do not know us.
