Yes Wise works, but make sure if you buy a Wise account online the seller must give you a photo of the person ID front/back, selfie, selfie holding the ID next to head, and selfie holding the ID next to head and paper.
When you receive more than 10,000-15,000 GBP they lock your account sometimes and want these photos for verification.
