Let's say somebody has an international Ukraine Ebay account that they are selling from that is in a friends name. The person selling is actually in the US and wants to access the funds from selling. The original account holder is MIA or possibly dead so ordering a payoneer card or depositing to a bank in ukraine is not happening....

What are the options?

Add your bank as a recipient bank in payoneer even if it's not in ukraine (not sure about this)

You can buy crypto on paxful and pay directly through payoneer...but choose a seller with very high feedback

Paxful and noones are market places full sellers offering to buy and sell crypto using multiple payment methods. Each seller has a profile with their offers and feedback. Choose a seller with high feedback and a competitive rate. Is that what you're asking??

You have the option to send funds directly from payoneer to a US bank account

The option to send funds directly to US bank account is guarded by needing to send in a bunch of business documents and send a link for a functioning website that takes payments for goods.....

might be worth all the hassle if the account was strong enough to list certain types of items but seems more hassle than it's worth.

OP is selling on Ebay using his friend's Ebay Ukraine account.
Next time,use a friend who has a US Ebay account.

I know,if he has one,he would not have to take this Ukraine route !
Now I recall,when Paypal was the sole payment processor on Ebay,it is difficult t deal with Eastern European banks but VISA bought VISA EUROPE,so Paypal is using VISA Europe to conduct business with European countries banks if they are members of VISA Europe.
But this would not help his case since Paypal is no longer Ebay payment processor??

Let me understand this situation-
OP is in USA but uses an Ukrainian Ebay account to sell on Ebay,and he sold something so MP has collected the money and ready to disburse it ONLY IF HE LINKS A BANK ACCOUNT.
If he can get hold of a Ukrainian bank or Eastern European bank which is a member of VISA Europe and apply for a bank debit card,link this debit card to his MP account,would that work?

anyone has experienced with Payoneer to recipient bank account payment transfer ..? how much can we safely transfer each month and what else option do we have rahter than crypto

one way is to create a uk-based eb account and then list internationally on usa platform - she could join the forum for some guidance as well
