Hey. Returned to eBay recently and I am only getting funds available once I get positive feedback for that sale.

For other sales I get "Funds available once order is delivered or authenticated"

Does anyone know the default wait time for these funds to be available without positive feedback?

Nothing risky. and account is July 2022.. Ive gotten over 10 feedback - It use to be 10 feedback positive for funds to be available quicker.


Someone on eBay forums mentioned it is 30 days for those funds,

Haven't dealt with it directly but 30 days seems like a logical timeframe of expectation...

Apparently eBay has a new rule (guessing) If you mark the item as Brand New - It will wait for delivery and acceptance by the buyer to assure it's correct and is "Brand New" as stated.?

For the record - I am not supplying tracking #'s - So Orders that DO NOT receive positive feedback will most likely be held for 30 days by eBay until (guessing) 50-100 positive feedback

Ya, it is 30 days from what I have seen which is absolutely f'ing nuts.

It doesn't matter if tracking shows delivered, they release within 30 days.

As your account matures you will find that at first the money will be released from being held when delivered and then later on they will release the hold on the money the next day after the sale has been made.

No,not 30 days,if tracking shows delivered,it should be a few days.

It's 30 days, see email I got for an item I sold on Jan 31.

Yes, if you choose not to use tracking then it only makes sense they would hold it

no,it should not be 30 days,it has something to do with seller and what she sold.
Retailers cannot afford waiting 30 days for the sales proceeds

Plenty of sellers selling low price items like postcards,stamps,ribbons ,digital do not use tracking and no problem getting paid .
But 30 days is unusual,it must have something to do with the account and the item she sold

Usually ebay holds funds from your first sales for 14 days. After building some sales history your funds will be released within 1 day after delivery.

read her post,she has no tracking so Ebay does not know if it is delivered
