Payoneer account Blocked. Change to New Payoneer?
 

Before 1.5 months I bought Ukraine eBay business acc + Payoneer from the seller outside the forum.

Everything was okay, I was slowly Building the acc, before few days i got sale worth of 320$ which was great. After that I tried log in to payoneer but it says Account is Blocked. eBay account is fine and alive. I never had any transactions from eBay to Payoneer..
I never received any email from Payoneer regarding the Block, I have contacted them via email and now i am Waiting for reply.
In the meantime I am trying to figure out what should I do?

1. Should I add my Personal Payoneer account (I used my Personal acc for my real ebay acc but i got MC011, after that I created New eBay acc with same Payoneer but received MC011 because I had 2600$ worth of sales in just 12days) and delete old one?

2. Should I add New Stealth payoneer acc?

I dont want to lose that account or that it cant be used because I cant withdraw money from it. It is Business account and have limits of 500 000$.

The thing that brothers me is: eBay account details are on different details, and if i add New payoneer New details will be synced to eBay (different eBay details - Different Payoneer details). Could that pass or eBay acc would be suspended?

Do you have any other idea guys?

you can try but obviously there are risks as both ebay and payoneer will see different details , ebay will see change of ownership and payoneer will see that the blocked account was replaced

it is better to do very low volume sales to test

It is not matter what I sell. I did not receive any payment on Payoneer, account was just sitting...

Can I save my account or it is already doomed?
As I said I already did 7-8 sales worth of 1.5$ and after that sale of 320$.
I didnt have any payments activity, payoneer acc was just sitting there for about 1month.

Does somebody have already changed payoneer and have similar experience?

At the beginning, when eBay changed PayPal to managed payments and started using Payoneer as managed payments(for Ukraine) i know a lot of friends who did this: ebay were registered on different name and they created Payoneers on their exact names and linked the profiles without any issues.

eBay profile name: Taylor Swift
Payoneer name: Kanye West

After managed payments were enabled they just linked them and ebay profile name change to "Kanye West" and they kept selling without any problems.

I am not sure what will happen now, i havent had recent experience with this situation, but you can try. Anyway, you can't use your eBay(for selling purposes) without a linked Payoneer if its a Ukrainian eBay.

So in fact you just have to give it a try, if it works, then perfect. If not, move on and create/buy new acc.

OP, can you get other kind of bank account than Payoneer?

Ukrainian accounts only has Payoneer as managed payments option

I think you should try to contact Payoneer at first. I've got some my accounts reinstated after contacting them. If not, you can to link another payoneer with different name. It works.
