Ebay ukraine and card

Hello I have a Ukrainian eBay account.
I'm trying to create seller profile, I connected Payoneer to it and everything seems to be working.
Except when it asks me to insert the debit card, whatever card I put in it tells me:
"Please ensure that the billing address you entered matches the address on the card"

Unfortunately I don't have a card issued in Ukraine, Any ideas to overcome this?

ok, thanks
ebay allows you to change the billing address, but even changing it and setting it the same as cards I already have still gives the message.

get a card with custom billing address, I will be maybe offerinng this in future; but yes its possible

Try to search in telegram chats related to Ebay Ukraine. There are some vendors who sell Ukrainian vccs.
