eBay and Payoneer accounts
 

I am going to be making some stealth accounts in Payoneer countries.

Do Payoneer ask you for ID from the outset?, because when I used them years ago they didn't ask straight away. But maybe now they are partnered with Ebay it's a requirement.

What they ask for verification-wise very much depends on how the account is set up.

The minimum verification requirement is photo ID and bank verification via micro-deposits. You can open account without these but you won't be able to do anything with it until it is verified.

They can go all out and ask for live photos of ID and selfie, address proof and bank statements. Like I said, it all depends how you set the account up.

In order to keep verification requirements to a minimum you need to keep everything country specific. For example, if you are making a UK Payoneer, then it is best to use UK ID with UK bank verification and so on. If you deviate from this then the verification requirements are harder to complete.

basically it is like ebayorbust said , if there is a foreign relation on the account it is likely to lead to additional verification like withdrawing funds in a country different from registration country

Ok so keep everything country specific and normal with regard to IP, phone number etc and hopefully just photo ID is requested.

Bank deposits? Could I not just spend the money directly from my Payoneer account or withdraw to card(in appropriate countries).

Also, I have some old Payoneer accounts that I haven't used in years that I have received payments on, but not had to upload ID. Will these now be treated as new accounts, and thus I'll get an ID request when the next payments comes in?

Irrespective of how you decide to spend the money, a bank account needs to be attached and verified.

I haven't set up Payoneers in all countries but I'm fairly sure that it's the case.

How do you do with the phone numbers of all the countries? and you also need bank accounts of the countries, they are two essential problems

Payoneer asks for Photo ID, Bank statement and bank account number. I doesn't send any micro deposits to your bank account. Bank statement is enough. I have 3 years experience with ebay + payoneer. It works perfect. Better than ebay+paypal in my opinion.
