Does anyone have problems adding a bank to eBay?
when I adding a bank account after fev days I have message from ebay"problem with adding bank account,we have problem with veryfiy your bank account" I Use Lloyds and halifax Isa cash saver,anyone know what going on with ebay now ? thank you !

Did you do the instant verification by giving them your bank login?

In general we have had no problems with that...
but it could be that you are doing direct linking.
try to do it manually

manually is good - still works - if deposits go out of the bank, true name is revealed though

The accounts you've quoted will never work, its an ISA not a currrent/checking account. If you read their conditions you will see they do not have Direct Debit facilities so will never meet ebay requirements.

I think days ago I answered something similar...
but in these cases you should call ebay and they will help you with that problem, it happened to me and I solved it that way

100% guarantee that calling ebay will make no difference whatsoever. As an account seller I'm surprised you can't see the problem. ( I've actual said it in a post above what their issue is).

calling eb for this kind of bank issue is going to be quite literally a waste of time like quoted - these customer agents arent prepared well to deal with this issue on a phone call even if a caller gets through

I think I responded in depth to something similar. But you can use an easy saver instead. An isa in general is meant for something that won’t tally with eBay usage. So just use an easy saver. You can open up to four or five if you wish for ur different eBay profiles.

But it’ll still flag. Eventually after you manually put it in. Life was easier with the penny deposits and verification method. But it seems that’s no longer an option. So manually put in ur details. It’ll flag again in some minutes. Then manually put it it in again. And then you’ll have the option to upload bank statement instead. Hit em with docs. And this problem will never arise again as it’ll

Hi mate, Im having the same problem with verifying my bank account. If you upload the docs wont ebay see your name and address ect? ...They say you need to show these when uploading the docs. Thank you

it now needs to be a current account, not a savers.
Ebay request the money back from the account now rather than just asking you to confirm the deposit amounts

you can only confirm by micro deposits or trustly or by 0.01 deposit
