Anyone else have had this problem on ebay managed payments? I have available funds but I'm wondering if/when they will send my payouts to my bank account.

Sounds like a flag may have been set on the account. What is the volume and age of the acct?

member since March 5, 2023 was at a 15 item a month limit. had 0 negatives until about 2 days ago. made about $7,000 in sales since account has been opened. The negative I received was from a shady buyer. he purchased an item from me and left negative feedback before I could even send out the item. I put him on blocked buyer list and reported buyer to ebay but they haven't done anything about it.

Ebay does not have to tell you what it did to the buyer

I assume you received a similar message stating that your payments are on hold and under review

hmm march 5th - funds available now - it'll probably come in this week since about 60 days...
