MP reserves from sales

Hello,
What do you guys think about those reserves ? Will they come to action with new policy's from 2025 February ?

This is common if a retailer who has a merchant account with the provider,usually a bank,has low credit rating,too many chargebacks.
It just want to make sure there is enough fund to cover any future chargebacks.
