Vivid and Payoneer no longer accepted

In the last few days trying to add Vivid Ibans to my ebay accounts, all in my name and name on Vivid is the same, but ebay tells me they do not support this bank and I get a reactivate message. Happened both on .com and .de. Anyone else with similar experience? And since Vivid and Payoneer use the same bank to get ibans, Payoneer is probably not accepted too.

I always suspected using payoneer or equivalent banks are a fast way to get an account limitation. My experience has been only the brick and mortar big banks are the most reliable...
