PayPal Follows eBay in Opening Platform to Third-Party Developers

PayPal confirmed yesterday that it will open its global payments platform to third-party developers to "unleash developer innovation" one year after eBay revealed a similar program, now called Selling Manager Applications.(full text retrieval failed)
