eBay CEO: Skype Deal Will Happen, Open to PayPal Spin-off

eBay CEO John Donahoe said the Skype deal will go through despite legal problems with the company's original founders. He also said he was open to someday spinning off its online payment service PayPal. During his presentation at Shop.org, he also spoke about eBay's core values and its auction strategy. If eBay spins off PayPal, then eBay will be so much better.
