From what the article said, it said "tax dodge", but tax dodge and tax schemes are different. They use legal tax schemes to pay less taxes, so they are not "breaking" any laws. They are using the legal system to pay less taxes. The problem is not with the companies, it's with the tax laws and the people who make those laws.
If you see that companies pay less taxes, why dont you guys do the same. Form a company, look for a good tax lawyer and accountant, pay them good to let them work their magic.
Look at GE in the US, how can they pay no taxes for 2011(?) or 2010(?), forgot what years, and get away with it? Simple, smart people working for them. |
