I have a family member who has been on ebay since 1995 and has 500 feedback.

No limits, no holds, nothing.

One year they cleaned out the garage, shed, attic etc and sold thousands of items with no problem.

Ecity??? cell phone cover seller has 92.4 and sells 2,000 per day and still on.

My main and real account just got a huge raise so I might just call in and see if I can get another 20k added and tell them I have a dress just like this one.

If it's an auction with bids then it can go unlimited. It's not like the item limit that is fixed.
