Some might call him the founder but the way we have to operate he is more of a flounder.

I honestly don't understand why people tends to blame the founder or the CEO of the company when their accounts gets suspended. It's not like he's the one banning your account, nor is he the one who actually sets every single rule of the game

suspension is our own fault most of time, So blame yourself, get over it and get back on..

He is not my boss but I want to thank him for being smart enough back in 1994 to see a need and fill it with the creation of auction web.

Now we can all enjoy making money ourselves thanks to him and his idea.

Give him the credit he deserves.

I also agree above, 90% of the time when someone gets banned it is because they did something to cause it.

I am grateful to this guy but he is not my boss.

By the way, he pretty much has no clue in the world what is going on with ebay, paypal, CL, rent dot com and all the things they own.

He just gets up in the morning like the rest of us and he counts 1000 bills until he gets tired and then jumps on his private jet to go to breakfast.

Get back on is right - I dont like using pp at all but when you know it well, you can bounce back hard.

I miss Meg. eBay was a million times better before Donahue became CEO. I didn't know it all the time and use to think she was horrible. But things can always get worse rather than better hence Donahue.

Meg and her failed attempts for governor position....she will be missed.

Considering how crazy liberal most of CA is. She actually held her own. Cost he most of her fortune but held her own.

Jerry Brown is a clown. Probably wouldn't have been much better but couldn't have been much worse.

I will say I really liked the direction of eBay when she was head. Since John Donahue took over, eBay especially has lost that small community even though it was a huge marketplace feeling it use to have. Once upon a time you could sell a waffle shaped like Texas for $100. Or Hot Dog purchased during the 2005 NFC Championship game for $1800.
