Awesome!!

I do not know vintage Asian very well and would have passed on this myself but good for this person.

Love to see these stories.

Like the man who bought the 2.99 oil painting in Ohio at a thrift store to only find he sold it at a flea market for 25.00 and the buyer runs it through Sothebys and it sold for 225k.

Thanks for the share.

Wow now that's a great find unbelievable, I usually go to neighborhood markets each weekend and stop at local yard sales, 2 weeks ago I found a gold bracelet very old and dirty looked like it would fit a young child , I polished up and it ended up being 18k gold and I got $340 cash for it. This was one of the best finds I ever made , felt like I hit the lotto, couldn't imagine finding something worth $70,000

I hit the community yard sales and 3-4 auctions a week along with several online auction houses.

I am picky what I buy but do not pass on large groups of items for cheap feedback builders and never pass on buying collections, estates etc.

The last house we bought the entire contents was the biggest winner for us. Lots of hidden gems inside.

The coin collection hidden in the basement cellar area was almost enough to pay for half of the entire purchase itself.

Keep your eyes open and always make sure you do not miss anything that makes you take a second look.

HeeHee. I like nick nacks.

I would give something like that a 2nd look.

Might not make Sothebys but would be great for Etsy

Some people never land on the "big money" spin.

I love when people shout "big money, come on big money" on The wheel of fortune game show.

I love hitting the large flea markets.

There is always a gem hiding somewhere.

You just have to find it.

Oh man(woman), now with the summer time and 110F outside here in vegas the flea markets here are going to be empty. There's the "outdoor swapmeet" and opens every weekend so with the weather so hot, most people are going to be inside. Perfect time to stroll around and shop. Last year I made a killing on computer parts during the peek summer hotness.

Maybe you should think of coming this way, I think its about 24 acres of fleamarket. I'm sure you will make a killing here.

I watch a youtube video of a guy who is outside of Vegas and does these swap meets.

Peak summer flea markets here are also dead with no customers but vendors are required to be here if they want to keep their same spots.

Good buying time during this period.

I went to Canton Tx flea market many years ago. HUGE!!

Check out one of my fav markets.

Webster Flea Market/ Westside Website Flea Market.
