Apparently he was attracted to the brains because he does not have one.

When I was working in my real world job, the joke around the office was that in 100 years, I would still be there, but my brain would be in a jar on my desk with electrodes running out of it. With my luck, this idiot would have broken into my office and stole my jar!

human parts (brains,kidney,eye balls) etc all expensive collectable items for some sick people. I knew a person who collects human nails yes he actually travel the world to collect nails from different countries/race/gender etc.
yes it is definitly a niche market. I remeber wheh i was travelling India people steal human bones from cemetary and sell it on the black market.

OK, true, but human hair is used to make wigs - a lot of times for people who lost their real hair while undergoing chemotherapy. A friend of mine donated her hair for this.
