Sounds like she just got pissed about sending the item before getting paid... why would you do that???

My parents ask me all the time about selling online, and I remember that question "Do I send it before I get paid?" NO! It's not theirs if they didn't pay silly!

EB is very buyer-sided though. And no real backlash if a buyer backs out, just an email saying dont do that again. They really should hold up the terms of service and auto-debit the paypal account of the buyer. I mean, they do it to sellers for chargebacks, returns, fees, whatever reason really while buyers can just **** all on sellers if they want.

Anyone who goes back far enough. When feedback of all variations could be left for both parties lots of buyers were a little bit less empowered to pull some the shenanigans they do now.

Tell me about it vogeltron - I just got an e-mail from a buyer who clearly said 'Please leave positive feedback - if you don't, I will leave negative feedback and you have no way of leaving negative for me' Hah outrageous!

Bit daft to send the item out before she was paid IMO. What did she think was going to happen?

Also a bit naive to have an auction end a day before they went overseas. Far too often buyers take several days to pay.
