Re: Good News - DSR's will no longer be anonymous
Because now it won't really matter as much when the new system comes into play.
With the new rules, it's based on percentage of imperfect orders and if a buyer leaves a negative and low DSR s In every category it will only count as 1 imperfect order whether they leave just a negative or a negative with one, two or 3 low DSRs it just counts as 1 strike
And I think for them to start factoring in you need either 5 or 8 imperfect orders against you
I think the new system will actually give sellers more lead way and is not as strict as the system in place, on paper it looks a lot better to me but we will see
And they also are counting 3 stars as an imperfect order in the new system so now we need 4s and 5s only low DSRs are now going to be 1,2 and 3 ratings
This new system does seem more reasonable and doesn't put so much weight on the DSR system which I like
Basically if the customer has a positive experience than you will be good
The system now 2 low DSRs and your account is in trouble now it's base don't the entire experience and it doesn't start counting until and I'm not sure but only after 5 or 8 imperfect orders
So keeping DSRs secretive really isn't as important because even if you know and get them to change their feedback if a return was initiated that will count as an imperfect order and still count as a strike
Looks promising but I'm still skeptical
