Permanent suspension from paypal
 

Hello everyone. Happy 4th. I need help to start process of getting my PayPal account t back. I listed otc hydrocortisone 1.0 % and 2% cream few days ago and yesterday got an email from both ebay and PayPal stating that I violated user agreements. Ebay suspended my account for 3 days but PayPal made it permanent. I tried calling them yet was given a run around and finally was told that i have to sent an email to eup@paypal.com, which I did and pretty much an hour after got email back stating that their decision is final. I got about 3k available oaypal balance yet can not touch it for 180 days. That money was for mortgage and other bills. Please help

Not much anyone can do about it Im afraid... You tried to appeal and failed and that's pretty much it for the account.
Theres a member who posted several months back about sending them a letter through his lawyer who managed to get this holding period down to 45 days. See if you can find it - assuming you wish to go through a legal process to get things done.

Yeah, you're not going to get anywhere with PP. They never give in and they don't care about your mortgage.

I think you're pretty much stuck, an attorney will cost more than the 3K. I'm so sorry for you.

Need I say, don't leave that kind of money in a PP any more.

Better borrow the money or call your mortgage company and try to get some concession from them.
