refused instant tranfer to bank

just added my bank account to limited stealth account (names dont match.)
Rang up pay pal who helped me withdraw
£1800 Left pay pal and then got refused.
Any advice ??? new on here

I've successfully withdrawn 5 digits from a suspended stealth PayPal account just under 2 weeks ago using a Halifax instant saver. There appears to be no trouble so far.

I also used Halifax in 2015 for most of my stealth activities without problems.
