Permanently Suspended Ebay account

I'm new to the community. I was selling on ebay for 22 years with 99.8% positive feedback and a power seller until 2 weeks ago when I was permanently suspended due to an email from an Italian group that claimed I was selling copyrighted records, sheet music and ceramic buildings without a license.
