Paypal case reversal
 

Hi there guys i'm new here and quite desperate to find answers...This is my problem:I bought an item from an ebayer and everything was okay up until the point when i saw my PP account is limited and they issued a case reversal for the transaction.I used my credit card for the payment and two days ago the whole case was reversed.So what's my problem? MY MONEY is nowhere to be found!!!And after the case was closed i receive an information on my credit card statement that the payment WAS MADE from PP to the ebay seller the same day that the transaction was closed?!?What is going on here?I don't have the money on my credit card,the ebayer doesn't have my money and there is no money on my PP account....PLEASE HELP...anyone

I would first call paypal and talk to them. If they are no help, open charge back on the payment, now paypal has no excuse saying they never got the payment.
