Paypal limited just for having two ebay accounts
 

I have two ebay accounts and i have two paypal accounts to link each one. 3 months ago my both paypal accounts just because of high risk security concerns and my both paypal accounts have money frozen. Despite i sent all the documents they request me , my appeal was denied. They told me i can't have more than two paypal accounts
premier/business at the same time, and the only choice was to downgrade one of those accounts to personal, i agreed them and i sent the document they requested, unfortunely my both paypal accounts were shut down permantently, the worst of this i couldn't pay anything on ebay, my business has been pretty affected, despite i'm accepting payments via propay ebay sales went down due to the fact international sellers complained their countries didn't appear in the list.
Despite i complained to FTC, BBB and California attorneys, my problem is still unsolved, which i'm pretty angry with paypal because shutting down my both paypal accounts when i have been an honest and responsible seller with
my customers

You shouldn't post your Ebay user id here on the forum. You may want to edit your post and delete your info
