I find that unless my account is a power seller, I have to email ebay over and over again before they answer. I have one account that's mere bronze power seller and ebay answers emails from it within two hours usually.

On my non power seller accounts I have to email ebay over and over sometimes for months, getting unrelated form letters and usually no answers at all.

My bronze power seller account is soon going to not be power seller because its DSR ratings aren't 5 and abve. I now tell all my buyers that ebay lies when you fill out DSR ratings and 4 actually means unreasonable to ebay.

I too noticed the quick emails...

I also lost Power Seller cause of DSR rating..but got it back the next month

i have a power seller account and another account i rarely use, both accounts got suspended, i sent questions for both at the same time and got replies within 3 days for both at the same time. almost like they were computer generated. but both accounts got reinsasted.. so i dunno... its'all new to me! :) but i sure do looooooooooooove this forum..

careful what you tell buyers to do in the listings, ebay's picky about how you instruct buyers to use feedback including dsr's. One benefit of ps is you get slightly more slack for listing violations, good since every listing nowadays is a listing violation lol

I do not tell any buyers what DSRs to leave me, I just tell them how eBay lies on its rating by telling buyers "4" is "acceptable" when "4.3" and below it considers "unacceptable". I say they can leave whatever feedback for me that they want, just I correct one of eBay's lies.

Has anyone heard anything about ebay fixing this problem with DSR's? Because it needs to be done.

There was at least 1 instance ebay naru'd someone for buying things to leave positive feedback but low dsr's, was in an article that ebay publicly responded. I think it's nuts- you can have thousands of feedback but be gone awhile and come back and some guy with 20 or whatever recent feedback gets ranked ahead on best match.

lol i have power seller too never got any complains they support in minutes like 30 - 50 mins.
