Ebay horror story
 
Before I was suspended I sold golf clubs on Ebay. 1 of my cases opened on Ebay was from a buyer that purchased a left handed club by mistake. He was right handed. He claims he called Ebay and they told him to open a case. How can a seller try to never have an open case if this is allowed.

Trying to avoid people opening cases? Not possible - only with quality communication. We all deal with these kind of buyers - resolve the claim and move on.

Redrum, I agree that communication is often key for avoiding open cases, as the buyer will often contact you instead of eBay. ;)
