Paypal want my first CC numbers.....

my paypal account is more than 5 years old , verified with CC and Bank Account
In the last 3 Years i didn't use the account . Now in the last months i use a newly open ebay account to sell items . Payment Option i offer my old Paypal Account . Customers use it for payment and the money was hold 21 Days
No Problems for me . All customers are happy and paypal inform me that i can use the Money now ( 1400,- Euro )
Now the story beginns :
Days before i change my Bank Account ( verified by paypal )
To this new Bank account i want to transfer now my money , but i get the information that there some problems with my account and i have to contact the support . They answer me i have to download my ID for verification . i send them a lot of dokuments and hours later i get the message that i can use now my account without restrigtions
Hours later i want to transfer again the money to my bank Account...again not possible .... call to the support ...answer there is a problem with difference IP's . I told them first i change my provider , second my wife check also my paypal account but she is living in a other town and last but not least my son also use the computer maybee with a other IP .....so far so good or not
Now the support ask me for the last four numbers from my CC i use for verification ..no problem for me ..i find it easly ...but after days they ask for the first four numbers ... and now i cant answer ...i forget years ago to change this CC in a new one ... all datas from the old CC not longer in my hand and there is no way to get the information .. so i think the money is lost ore somebody knows a way .... |
