Ebay US Offshore Setup (Beginner)
 

I'm not a US citizen or resident but I'd like to launch a successful e-commerce operation in Ebay/Amazon USA wherever i happen to be located in the world.

I want to begin with lowest start up costs possible and I am already incorporated in a jurisdiction that only tax territorial income (aka offshore) but this jurisdiction does not accept PayPal bank account linking.

I was thinking perhaps starting out with a PayPal stealth account get verified and with good trust in Ebay's eyes, then move to a Merchant account/Payment Gateway scheme in which i run less risk getting funds frozen by PayPal or other unpleasant experience, having accumulated a nice history of successful purchases/sales. It could also help me validate my business concept/refine my business skills before investing a lot of money in order to run an operation.

Welcome to the forums. Your plan could work as a longterm but a lot will depend on what you are selling, how big amounts coming in, potential for quality issues, etc.
