im guessing its literally the same as creating stealth here in UK.

although, ive never used ebay/paypal bulgaria, things might be different.

are ID, utility bills etc required to lift limits in paypal?

Yes exactly, almoat everything same. There is no Ebay Bulgaria, you register as a Bulgarian on uk, usa, de, fr, au etc whatever you want

The Paypal will be Bulgarian and is pretty much same as any other

Yes ID needed on every Paypal

Hi,

It's pretty easy yes. The only issue here is the VCC as there are not much of Bulgarian VCC providers. If you want to operate it remotely it could be a bit hard, because there are almost no VPS and VPN providers.

From my experience the new accounts are always with 10 items limits, but they can be increased fast with few sales. How do you do that ? :)

You only need CC to withdraw. No need of bank accounts yet.

Depends on how you set the Ebay/PP up, the more confidence Eb has in you the higher the limits

I too wonder how is that achieved?
Also even if it is... do you make use of it or still build slowly with only a couple of items until the initial 90days are up?

how about documents? if you send other nationality ID document, that is fine for them? also you can use other nation mobile phone?
