Dear All, I have stealth accounts in those 3 countries, which allow withdrawal to VCC. So far it's in theory, as I have tried to attach loadoo VCC to the Indonesian one and entropay/loadoo to the Malaysian account and both were rejected. A call to PP customer service confirmed they don't take them.
If you are from Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, or you have an account there, can you recommend a card that is currently accepted? It looks as PP wants a solid CC linked to a bank account...

A lot of Visa card work, I would recommend some googling. On the forum ppl don't discuss particular issuers too much in case that option goes down. Lots of information in various other forums though

The card issuer of Loadoo now does not allow Paypal withdrawals unless you send them an ID yourself..

Not true, Paypal does still accept VCCs. Those abused vcc will be banned of course, but if u want to withdraw, the bank issuer of loadoo has been more strict because of partners like Loadoo abusing the features and Paypal of course doesnt like it.

Its nothing to do with PayPal

The bank that issues the VCCs are the ones putting this measure in place.

I don't really see an issues with it to be honest just use your real ID when opening the account and then its very easy to get verified.

We have several customers that were able to withdraw form Malaysian, Indonesian and Philippines accounts. Card adds perfectly, just be sure that it has enough balance and your account did not do suspicious things recently. Also, a call to PayPal can fix it, some dumb reps ask why there is a country mismatch, others just adjust something and the card adds like a charm.

Thats why, Paypal doesnt like it and the Issuer surely doesnt like their cards to be blacklisted so they implement this measure.

There is no blacklist, as it works now and does not work next day, and then does not work again. I suppose there are some kind of processing glitches that cause cards not to be accepted from the first time.

So what's the story with Loadoo cards? I've added one today, got it verified on PP but cannot withdraw, I have Indonesian account. Any chance that customer service can fix that?

If your Paypal account is in good standing. Link the card and wait for 22 days before withdrawal. I linked a new one and this happened. Just wait if its valid. Reasons paypal say is 50% BS.

1) add the card
2) wait 2-3 weeks
3) make sure there are no holds in the account
4) try to withdraw
5) if it fails - call PP and ask to release the withdraw
6) done
