Verify Braziliam paypal
 

Hello, I am new here, I have been using paypal some time now.. I lately have problems to verify my accs, I have been using neteller and entropay to verify it, but it simply dont work any longer, they are not accepting to verify any foreign credit card, I neeed help, I need go back on pp, money is getting short, I need help ASAP

Just a suggestion but do they have Visa/MasterCard Gift Cards in BR? In the USA you can use a Gift Card to confirm your PayPal.

we dont have it here, we just have the pre paid cards master/visa/amex, but they are emited by the banks, i dont want the personal attachment in the card, you know what I mean??

by the way, I tried to buy vcc from openvcc, the card works good, but when I click in confirm the card on the acc, it appears an error message, they got wise! now I can use this kind of cards just to buy, not to verify the acc!!! I tried almost everything, some virtual cards dont even show the button to confirm the card when attached in the pp. Help please, I am willing to pay

mxxpunkxx, he said that he have a working bin cc for my paypal, and he is askin $20 to provide it to me, what do you think?? I am new please help, I am not want be scamed

Hi there,

According to the OP, yes he wanted to verify , which I have done a hundred times over without complaints and I asked for $20 yeah.

This was via PM and to make it safe, I decided to provide him the vcc tonight and he would add it, when vcc has been debited to show it work, I would give him the expuse code in exchange for payment for the vcc.

That's a win-win for the both of us. I am not an authorized business member, I am not in the marketplace. I only decided to help out like a friend via PM; just as iCarletto and others have helped me via PM.

Some i paid for their services, some did it for free, depending on the degree
on how far they went to provide the service.
