A couple of things.
First instead of advertising what youre looking for you should look for it in the seller section. Doing things this way leaves you open to scammers.
Second - I dont believe there is such a thing as a VBA for use with EU paypal accounts. At least none that I am familiar with.

EU Banks are too strict, and maybe your inquiring about UK. Because most EU paypal just need VCC.

EU / UK VBAs do exist, I have been using them for almost 2 years now without issues.

They work great to verify the accounts without having to burn a real bank account
