What to buy with paypal balance & sell in my country to turn balance into cash?

I have paypal balance and want to turn it into cash.
What can I buy and sell?
I thought online game cd keys which don't need shipping but I'm not sure whether they will work or not in my country.
Any other ideas?

Digital items are risky and come with problems, why can't you withdraw the funds to a bank?

I think rich people in your country will like high priced fashion clothes or perfumes or watches (authentic ones of course)

My paypal is from Canada and paypal is forbidden in Turkey so I can't send money here.
I don't want to buy materials because I might pay customs fee (Cosmetic products are fobidden)
So digital items would be ideal.
Or other ideas?

You can try to use some of your accounts to pay your supplier. That's what I do, and it's a great way to cash out your accounts.

Just go G2A and buy Steam wallet lol. Buy games instead or help your friends to buy games with that then accept cash from them.

Or you open an account on Amazon.ca, sell something, then fulfill the order with your Paypal cash
