Vcc can't be added- Germany eBay account
 

Hello,
There is a problem, I'm sure not only for me.
When I'm trying to add vcc to ebay account every time I get error.
I tried 5 different vcc's and any of them works.
This problem is for second week from now, before everything was fine.
Do someone has the same problem ? Maybe someone know how to resolve it ?
I have attached screenshot with the error message after trying to add virtual credit card.

Hello guys,

Did you find working vcc ?

When you do German account, do you use German name and address ?
I am asking because i am trying to understand is it possible at all to be made German account. I read that in Germany they have a public register. Is it true really ? Also is it a good idea to link it to EU/Bulgarian PayPal ?

So many questions. Excuse me.
