If I open paypal from Cyprus can I add Us bank account

Guys I am planning to open paypal from Cyprus but if that account gets limited how can I withdraw the funds since I am from Turkey

Did you explore the ways of withdrawing money from a Cyprus pp? Is it via bank or via cc or both?

No I just want to use paypal funds there when I sell things but if something goes wrong and they limit pp I don't want to get my money stuck there since I don't have any connection there.
