I want to create accounts, preferably with comments,
Nowhere is going to buy such.

So I have to do it myself,
Please tell me how to do it.

- I can buy vccs eg in loadoo (but i read ebay.de has trouble adding different cards in other threads)
- or set up an account yourself by going to Germany and showing the ID card from Poland at the post office

I do not know if the second solution carries any risk, or maybe it is a better solution.

How do I set up ebay and verify the paypal on proxy with different ip (I do not know yet what to choose) then the biggest problem is,
Can I make purchases from myself on my account and get comments on ebay?

Is there a forum somewhere that allows people to exchange fictitious purchases?
To get comments ??

I wonder how fast it can be done so there is no lock on ebay.

Loadoo is abused and horrible to use - if used on UK accounts expect an immediate limitation asking for a CC statement - I would assume you would get a similar issue elsewhere

Buying from yourself is problematic - asking for a limitation / suspension if not done correctly.
