PayPal Debit card outside US (Poland)
 

Hi guys, I need to know if it's possible to have Paypal debit card outside US (in Poland).

Or...I need to buy whole verified PayPal account without any limits with already activated debit card to withdraw money from PayPal in Poland without any problems.

Just tell me the price or something, Is this even possible?

In order to get a PayPal Debit Card, you will be required to provide the following:
1. A Real Name
2. A Real Address (In the US)
3. A Real Social Security Number
4. A Matching Date of Birth to the Real Name and SSN
5. Phone Number

And No, PayPal isn't just going to send you a PayPal Debit Card to Poland and you can't do this even if you buy a Whole Verified Account.

Any workarounds for this or any alternative option to easy withdraw paypal money from ATM in Poland?

Actually there is a workaround, Steal someone's identity, open a PayPal with said Stolen Identity, find a way to get the PayPal Debit Card delivered to the address on file with ebay, then have someone mail you the card to Poland.
(For the new people, this is called sarcasm).

No, there's no workaround. Are you running a US PayPal and need to withdraw the funds?

Even if there was a workaround - the first time you used it in Poland (and not the US) the account would get limited.

I have used PP Debit abroad, buying stuff and withdrawing money from ATM and I have never had any issue.

Not on an ongoing basis without the card ever being used in the US.

Only alternative to withdrawing to a bank would be creating a Paypal in a "withdraw to card" country
