German PAYPAL, 21 days hold
 

F*ck Paypal.

It is the old PAYPAL account and haven't hit 21 days hold.

Today I received the email from PAYPAL:
'We'd like to update you about your latest PayPal account status.

As shared when you first signed up for your PayPal account, we strive to create a safer payment environment built upon trust between sellers and buyers. For the next few payments you receive through PayPal, the payments may be temporarily held for up to 21 days. Once you've met the requirements below, your future payments will usually be available to you within 24 hours:

Maintain your PayPal account in good standing for at least 60 day(s).
Get your payment faster

Your payments could be available sooner if you deliver your item or service quickly and update the order status in your PayPal account. Here's how it works:

If you sold an item: After you ship the item, mark it as shipped on the "Transaction Details" page and provide the tracking number if available. Your funds should be available within 7 days of the shipping date (14 days if you're shipping abroad).
If you provided a service or sold an intangible item that doesn't require shipping (e-book, piano lessons, etc.): Mark the order as processed and provide details on the Transaction Details page. Your funds should be available within 7 days after you mark as processed (14 days if your buyer is based internationally).

The problem is my PAYPAL account has been healthy always and no case at all. Less then 10 refunds from the beggining.
