hi all,from turkey.paypal suspended 1 year ago.ıf ı got a stealth account in usa or uk can ı continue selling on ebay with new paypal account and get money to my turkish bank account?

You cannot use your own bank account from Turkey with a paypal account - you yourself said it - paypal is banned there.
You can use a US or UK account but youll need to figure out a way to cashout the funds in the paypal account without adding a Turkish bank account - which wont be simple. See if you can learn enough about cashing out to Bitcoin.

You can sell and you can fail or succeed - depending entirely on how well you practice stealth. Do things properly and youll succeed. Do them poorly and youll fail. Simple as that.
You should start by learning stealth - i.e. getting the stealth guide.
