Paypal Removing EU receiving Limits
 

Hi everyone.

I just created a new paypal account and I know I need to upload docs to lift the EU receiving Limits. I got them already. It's a German Paypal btw.

I don't get the option to upload the documents instead I get a screen with my name and address and I can click some button to "Confirm my Identity".

However when I try to do so, it states "We were unable to confirm your Identity. You have 2 more tries"

I clicked again "We were unable to confirm your Identity. You have 1 more try"

So far so good, I haven't used my last try yet. My question is: do I have to try again and will then be led to the screen where I can upload the docs or is there something I'm not seeing? Any help would be much appreciated.

Also would you recommend to upload the docs at the beginning or just wait for paypal to ask for it?

The 3 times paypal tries for the identity confirmation seems to be an error in their system from what they told me on the phone,Usually i only upload documents when i m about to reach the eu annual limit on a paypal,anyway usually when You make your last try the system usually works.

i also didnt find that option, how much will the limit increase?

can u maybe explain or send the link to where u r trying to upload those documents?

Usually just click on remove limits in the down left corner of the main page and it will ask you some personal info and to confirm your credit card or bank account,if it doesn t work just phone them and they will help you out in few mins

check mine and yes no limit now:)
